Read! You are to read Chapters 6-10 tonight. While you are reading (or skimming and scanning which is an important skill), you are to do the following:
Look for important quotes from the novel. Either write them down or put a sticky note on the page where you have found them. Be sure you can explain why you think they are important.
I have the DVD in the classroom for tomorrow and we will start class with a 20 min clip of the case that inspired Harper Lee to write To Kill a Mockingbird.
